marmaduke
I'm looking to get a Black Belt. Something a little better than a Pro Force.I ran across "Ronin" and "Pine Tree" brands. Anyone have any opinions as to durability, wear, which one is better?http://www.bestbuymas.com/robrdeblbeto.htmlhttp://www.discountmas.com/pintrebelsol.htmlI'll even try these as a last resort if anyone has good recomendation on them. (Kind of priced high for me, last resort.)http://www.kinjisan.com/belts.htmlThanks.
IcemanSK
I'd highly recommend EosinPanther.com. They are expensive ($60-$80 & up) but the are the best belts I've ever seen. I have 2 of them & I've been complimented on them my many masters in my organization. I think that, if you're gonna wear a belt for a number of years, get a good one.Check it out. It's an affordable replacement belt and nicer quality than a pro force, but not as nice as a tokaido (which I also have).

marmaduke
Interesting. I ordered the Tokaido brand and they sent me a Shureido instead. Its about $1.50 more. I'm guessing they may have been out of the Tokaido. Real nice belt. 11 rows of stitching. Thick belt. stitching looks real good. Even all the way. Now, ask me in a few years how it wears. NidaninNJ
Tokaido and Hirota make the best belts. They are expensive but worth it especially if you want your name written in Japanese on it. You can get them directly from Japan through a couple places like tokaidojapan.com and kuroobiya.com
