I've heard good things about the Kamikaze... But if you live in the states you should look for Tokon, not Kamikaze. Tokon is the US brand of Kamikaze.Good luck!

May 28, 200719 yr I think you live in UK, go with kaiten(shirai line Kamikaze) https://www.kamikaze.de , monarch (14oz brushed, top of the line), america (14oz canvas, best quality-price) or okinawa (13oz-brushed- Jacket and sleeve shorter). Jimmy Rancourt
May 29, 200719 yr I'm a little on the fence between Tokaido and Kamikaze. The Tokaido fit better out of the package for me but both are very good quality. I haven't really broken in my Kamikaze though. There's no place like 127.0.0.1

June 8, 200719 yr I've used Shureido gi for a long time. Can't hardly wear the dang thigs out! Of course I have 3-4 of them, and they get rotated...that helps. Supurb quality. If you don't want to stand behind our troops, please..feel free to stand in front of them. Student since January 1975---4th Dan, retired due to non-martial arts related injuries.
