Im looking for a 12-14oz white cotton Gi, but which in your opinion is best?My short list so far is:Tokaido TSAKamikaze MonarchShureido TK10Blitz White DiamondWhich Gi would you go for and why? It was less expensive and the quality is phenomenal!I voted for Tokaido, just because that and Pro-Force (14 oz) are the only ones i've tried. I've heard good things about the Kamikaze... Ninjanoir78 Posted May 28, 2007 Share Posted May 28, 2007 I think you live in UK, go with kaiten(shirai line Kamikaze) https://www.kamikaze.de , monarch (14oz brushed, top of the line), america (14oz canvas, best quality-price) or okinawa (13oz-brushed- Jacket and sleeve shorter). Montana Posted June 8, 2007 Share Posted June 8, 2007 I've used Shureido gi for a long time. Can't hardly wear the dang thigs out! Of course I have 3-4 of them, and they get rotated...that helps. Supurb quality. If you don't want to stand behind our troops, please..feel free to stand in front of them.Student since January 1975---4th Dan, retired due to non-martial arts related injuries.
