What else do you do when posting on Karate Forums?

Featured Replies

What do you do while posting?

I usually watch SportsCenter, or something like that. Sometimes, I'll do some reps kicking or punching the heavy bag, or do a form or two between posts.

I have to forums on when I'm on here so when one page is loading up I'm reading or posting on the other one.

I usually visit KF around 8 - 9 AM and around 5 PM. Besides listening to music and glancing at e-mail, it's probably what I'm focused on. I might have the TV on, though. :)

I talk on irc, watch tv, and sometimes eat.

doing homwork  or if I'm lucky, drawing or something fun.

External training without the training of the mind is nothing

At the moment I have just finished training, am on messenger to a friend, and listening to music. Before I installed broadband at home (ALL BY MYSLEF!!) I used to post at work - so technically I should have been paying wages etc etc!!

I usually just read/post on KF. But sometimes I'll listen to music on the PC or watch TV at the same time.
