What else do you do when posting on Karate Forums?

What do you do while posting?

I usually watch SportsCenter, or something like that. Sometimes, I'll do some reps kicking or punching the heavy bag, or do a form or two between posts.

I have to forums on when I'm on here so when one page is loading up I'm reading or posting on the other one.

Normally just listening to the t.v or music in the background, oh and drinking lots of coffee!

I usually visit KF around 8 - 9 AM and around 5 PM. Besides listening to music and glancing at e-mail, it's probably what I'm focused on. I might have the TV on, though.

I talk on irc, watch tv, and sometimes eat.

Sometimes I will also be on Yahoo Chat with my family or friends as well.

At the moment I have just finished training, am on messenger to a friend, and listening to music. Before I installed broadband at home (ALL BY MYSLEF!!) I used to post at work - so technically I should have been paying wages etc etc!!

I work pretty much all of the time nowand when I am not I help get my daughter to sporting activities and help her with her homweork. I ususally visit KF during luch.

I usually just read/post on KF. But sometimes I'll listen to music on the PC or watch TV at the same time.
