December 10, 200619 yr is there a site were u can see the average for your age group or something like that?It would be kind of difficult to determine an age-based average, because there are so many variables. Height, weight, muscle build and type, etc. You really can't compare yourself to others of the same age, or any other age for that matter. Just concentrate on what you can do, and on improving, and the leave the rest as it is. https://www.haysgym.com http://www.sunyis.com/ https://www.aikidoofnorthwestkansas.com

December 15, 200619 yr it's strange though that even though i lift a really low weight im quite developed muscle way.hmm dont know why / :Strength and muscle size are not necessarily directly related. Strength is more of a function of nervous system coordination, so it is easily possible to be very strong and not very big, and vice-versa.With respect,Sohan "If I cannot become one of extraordinary accomplishment, I will not walk the earth." Zen Master Nakahara Nantenbo "A man who has attained mastery of an art reveals it in his every action." Samuarai maxim "Knowing others is wisdom; knowing yourself is Enlightenment." Lao-Tzu
