KnightofNi Posted October 12, 2006 Posted October 12, 2006 It's not a food, because I have no food weaknesses, but...Soda. Oh God. I'll go on binges and drink 6-7 in a day.
Akaratechick Posted October 13, 2006 Author Posted October 13, 2006 I always have to have soda after I work out, Coke is my weakness, something about the burn. It tastes good, but I do have a can of tuna to cancel out the coke, or something like that "All your life you are told the things you cannot do. They will say you're not good enough, strong enough or talented enough; you're the wrong height or the wrong weight or the wrong type to play this or achieve this. THEY WILL TELL YOU NO, a thousand times no, until all the no's become meaningless. ………..…. “AND YOU WILL TELL THEM YES."Nike Ad.
bushido_man96 Posted October 13, 2006 Posted October 13, 2006 I'm a Dr. Pepper guy, myself! Coke is my #2. https://www.haysgym.comhttp://www.sunyis.com/https://www.aikidoofnorthwestkansas.com
Empty_Hand Posted October 13, 2006 Posted October 13, 2006 Well I'm a self proclaimed junk food junkie, always have been, probably always will be. That said, the food I worry about effecting not only my health but training would have to be frozen dinners. There almost always the meal I eat after class, quick-easy and tasty. But the fat/sodium content worries me. Matter a fact, am going to try and implement some new meal ideas. I already have enough bad habits, hate to rely on frozen junk food as a main source of nutrition lol. "Without Ki, without Kime, there is no true Karate"
GMac Posted October 16, 2006 Posted October 16, 2006 Pizza and potato chips are not safe if I get my hands on them
