Part of your body your most proud of

Featured Replies

Title really says it all.

We all work hard to train but never really get a chance to shot about it. So which part of your body are you most proud of? Could be your brain to your big toe.

For some reason mine are my forearms. I went from having half match sticks to pencils and am proud of it.

I am very proud of my arms. I have been working hard to get my pushups good and it is showing in my arms. Even though I am still overweight, I can see some muscle definition. I only hope that the wobbley dangley skin will firm up eventually.

Abs. They're not HUGE and ripped, but I have better abdominal strength and endurance than anyone I know.

If it works, use it!

If not, throw it out!

No real part in specifics, although my legs are rather nice from being a competitive cyclist. If I had to pick, it would be the calves.

However, the whole body is such a work of art, it's hard to choose one bodypart.  :brow:
