Congratulations, I wish I could do full side splits, even having the ability of side/round kick at face level a person of my same height (6 ft) would be enaugh for me.

 

Did you follow a special method? any special routine? tell us more about that.

Well Simple set Goals that u can achieve, and look fwd to stretching. I love to stretch 3 times a week i stretch for 90 minutes per session, plus stretching in my class so thats 5 times a week.

 

I do 4 leads up.

 

1. is a warm up getting my temp up 3 degrees

 

2. i use a pully and do 3 sets of small stretches

 

3. I now go hard on my home made stretching machine

 

4. I now can do 3 sets of splits on the chair..

Wow, Congrats !, I am starting over and I'm lucky if I can touch the ground with my hands, may I ask you how you did it ? I mean what specifically did you do ? I can learn much from your progress !

You must be stable and balanced in your foot work, if you have to use your martial knowledge in combat, your intent should be to win. If you do strike, you must release great power! The martial arts are easy to learn, but difficult to correct.
