kbgirl Posted August 30, 2004 Share Posted August 30, 2004 I'm about 3 inches from the floor (on my best day - after training) for the side splits. Front splits are getting there, but are definitely closer with my right leg in front than my left. My left hip flexor is a little gimpy.
