i have asthma and im obese but my asthma isnt the one thats slowing me down its my weight how can i increase stamina? also some workout routines would be helpfull i dont really know how to workout at home and sweat im starting jogging around my block and im sweating but what other exersices at home could i do? equipment we own everlast bag set( it has a punching bag, speed bag, and double end bag) im not sure what its called but it has a pullup bar, and i dont know what its called but you put ur arms on a thing and pick up your lower body, we have weights what can i do with all this that fits for me? im 14 years old BTW also i take kenpo classes on tuesdays and fridays
