well of course common sense tells you dont do it smoking is bad for your health..the reason its so hard to stop is becuase these cigarrete companys have chemist working twenty four seven making new ingredients to keep you lighting up..me i picked the habit up in the service (all you do in the service is smoke and drink) at that time i smoked nearly a pack and a half a day..now i smoke ocassionally on the weekend when i go out and have a few beers but then thats it..its funny though cause any other time i get nauseas when i smell someone else smoking..i need to stop altogether even a little can do alot of damage

i just came from a chat room on yahoo about politics...this is a good place to see whats going on behind the secnes..i mean the media has us believing that this tragic event has borught us all together but people are really being mean and angry with other americans..its like the peace lovers versus the war mongers it was really disgusting hearing americans acting like this at a time we should be united

bear with me i need to vent....I cant stand to see another memorial or hear another speech ...i feel to much talking is going on when we should be already starting military strikes...i mean we have enough evidence..political backing.... motive and alot of angry americans who im sure agree with me when i say shoudnt we be kicking the talibans ass by now....they have the audacity now to threaten us with thier BUlls@#* jihad if we try to hit them..ooooo let me go buy some boots so i can shake in them ..and i also believe we should have enough intelligence to know were that big bearded crazy towel head osama (the great coward) bin laden is...sorry but my main feeling is this... as dispicable as it sounds... the dead only know one thing..it is much better to be alive and that while we may feel for victims in catastrophes like this... our deep down human nature which few will admit is (well im glad it didnt happen to me or my family) we have to live with that silent guilt...but we should take out our anger and it is our responsibilty to honor those who died by seeking to avenge them.. and it should be swift...for after too much time the memory of that day will fade into nothing but a history lesson....and that they had died for nothing.... enough talk..enough masses..and speeches..lets do what we know we should be doing allready....keep in mind that the cole bombing aniversary is coming up ..a year and we still havent done anything about that...enough is enough is enough!!!! _________________ Javier l Rosario bayshore new york "whenever youre lazy enough not to train .someone, somewhere is training very hard to kick your ass" [ This Message was edited by: taezee on 2001-09-25 17:21 ]

while a diploma for an honorary black belt may be appropriate for someone who desereves to be honored wheter it be support for a dojang....a community leader...mabye some parents who give that axtra something to the dojangs family..its just symbolic.. there is no reason for this person to even don a dobok or a belt much less come in and start giving orders...there is something very wrong with that dojang and the instructor if he is allowing this to take place

forgive me for prying but you are a taekwondo stylist right? why do you refer to your instructor as sensei and not sahbumnim and why are you a kung fu moderator..alot of what you stated your history "paper" is verbatum out of a book by Richard Chun TAEKWONDO now i can appreciate your sharing of this lesson but i guess you may see were im going.. -

flight 93...there is a true definition of bravery and the american fighting spirit....just imagine one moment you are sitting on a plane relaxing maybe you just ordered a drink or a pillow..and then in an instant youre in a life and death struggle...these heros after hearing the fate of other flights via cell phone calls to loved ones...decided that they knew they were going to die but they were going to die fighting and save strangers on the ground...and these were regular people not soldiers ...but they set the example of what to do with this new adversary...an example for every american to follow.. also new york firefighters and police men....seeing a twin burning nightmare and when every instinct in thier body was screaming to get away from those buildings..when everyone was running for thier lives to get out and away they ran straight into thier fate and died trying to save thier brothers and sisters.... examples to live by ladies and gents..I hope if i were ever in a position such as these people that I would die a hero...and not some coward tracked down in some mountain cave hiding ..how dare anybody give any hint of bravey to those behind these acts.. _________________ Javier l Rosario bayshore new york "whenever youre lazy enough not to train .someone, somewhere is training very hard to kick your ass" [ This Message was edited by: taezee on 2001-09-23 19:20 ]

you know before this crisis i didnt really think much about president bush...the only thing i really new about him was some really bad jokes involving him..ive never really been one for politics...but after seeing him and hearing his speeches i was like wow this guy is a great leader..i think alot of the nation was sleeping on george not realizing that he really was no joke....and now the same can be said for our enemies..you for some reason thought you would just come in here and mess with the biggest dog in the junkyard....america does not just bark..were comin to bite you then tear you to pieces...we need to stand behind our leader..this is probably the biggest challenge a president of our nation has ever had before him....we stand united and we will be victorious....being a vet and a proud citizen I respectfully salute our president and may god bless this nation _________________ Javier l Rosario bayshore new york "whenever youre lazy enough not to train .someone, somewhere is training very hard to kick your ass" [ This Message was edited by: taezee on 2001-09-22 17:42 ] [ This Message was edited by: taezee on 2001-09-22 17:44 ]

pleeeeasee step back and recognize that the baddest rapper to ever grab the MIC was biggie....tupac was a legend in his own right and i got much love for him too..but biggie learned from him perfected and exceled past his mentor.(sort of like a student surpassing the level of skill of his master.)..they were actually good friends..its the media which blew the whole west/east coast rivalry out of the frame... that in many respects can be blamed for both of thier deaths.. a question on tupacs whereabouts?in one of his videos there is one of with the volswagon beetle which was not released for purchase until after his death...hmmmmmm mabye hangin with elvis and jimmy hoffa? _________________ Javier l Rosario bayshore new york "whenever youre lazy enough not to train .someone, somewhere is training very hard to kick your ass" [ This Message was edited by: taezee on 2001-09-22 17:28 ]

Lets Discuss the "Dim Mak" (Death Touch)
taezee replied to GoldDragon's topic in General Martial Arts Discussion
i personally dont believe it has been scientifically proven .... another bunch of of "urban legend" stories...now i do believe in pressure point strikes or of course strikes to certain points of the body causing death ..but as far as striking an individual and having him drop dead after taking a certain amount of steps(one of these stories ive heard over the years) come on.... this issue belongs in an x file episode... -

the disrespect shown by some of our citizens is obsence in some cases..anyone who would try to take advantage of this situation..is #1 not a true patriot and #2 and thieves who are no better than the people who have attacked us

then dont join the military..because that is military life..the military is for our countries protection..if an enemy attacks our land (like last week) you really believe these type of people know anything besides how to kill..and thier fantical way of thinking..that they believe they are dying for god...what do you think is needed to stop them...ill give you a break man i realize now how young you are...the reality is that sometimes in proctecing freedom blood must be shed...especially in this case..war is the only langauge terroist understand..think of it this way if someone broke into your home and you came out of your room and found some very bad people pointing shotguns to your families heads and you had the chance to kill these people would you hesitate? well in this case our home..america has some very evil people threatning..no correction they are now acting out against our families. now we will protect our country and in protecting we must go on a major offense and start killing these people ..we cant sit back and see what they will do next

when we are victorious we will have protected our freedom our way of life and made sure our childrens future would have a world that is safe from terrorism or any other threat to our great nation...
