Well for the men ya lose as many nutrients (per shot) as; 8oz beef steak 4 oranges 3 limes ...plus your body puts out a the sedation chem (cant remeber the name off hand). the only thing I notice is a lil extra mental clairity but I abstain till after a class, test, or workout jus because anyway...eat a bigger breakfast and be patient. lol!

I rented a few from BushidoDVD.com and I really liked'em ! Bas isn't all white bread and cordial, he runs ya through it like a bro would. You dont have to be a big dude to pull the techniques, thats what I liked. everything is to the point and very effective. worth checking out and adding to your lil bag of tricks.

Wow so many changes now ! I'd say I'm more disciplined and patient #1. not going heavy as often on my lifts, working more on endurance and diets too. great subject bump !

Depends, if im at home buckwheat pancakes with peanut butter n' honey, protein shakes, "Best of the Egg" omlette, musli cereal, pizza. on a climb,..what ever lasts in the temp im in. I also just bought a juicer which is really cool.

Our class got to try one of those too, lotta fun ! they come in colors (yellow thru black) determines thickness comparables ie; yellow 1" 3x6 pine strip. kinda spendy but they last awhile.

A whole food multi, whey protein from Optimum Nutrition is great, egg protein is better. that and a good diet is all ya really need for maintainence. a gallon of water (min) ed is important as well.
