  1. id love to have an iron forearm, if your life was ever in danger, just one bop to the other guys head would send him down, i think its useful building a body hard as rock, you can withstand more blows to your body

    its not associated with either organization, yes the price is steep, but i rather just pay it then spend another 3 years doing the same thing with nothing to show for all my hard work.

  13. if you were wearing a cup that i doubt any damage is caused. ive had worse withOUT a cup.
  14. confront him yourself, if you feel uncomfortable then tell the senior instructor. you shouldnt leave a class that you want to be in just because of someone who makes you uncomfortable.
  15. protein is a pretty hefty price, i get a bucket of protein powder (45g) pretty good. but its 100$, so i only have one scoop a day so it lasts be two months, its around 1000$. anyways, im just asking for any foods that have the calories and protein to pack on muscles, but not create a layer of flab.

    well itstoo late now, ive spent 3 years in that place training for my black belt, if i dont pay it, i dont test for my belt. so what am i suppoed to do? find a cheper place and start from white belt again?

  18. in my opinion, if u think u did ure best, then u deserve it, you have worked hard for it, you worked hard, perfection can come later
  19. any tips but that? im really nervous about this test, and i just got the flu so it can hinder my performance, i just need a way to calm down, which is hard for me, cuz i am usually jittery in tests, especially in front of others

    im getting a plaque that verifies i have become a black belt, a belt with my name embroidered in it. and the testing fee.

It's almost been a year since i started weight lifting, since i do tae kwon do, i didnt want to bulk up because it would slow me down and it wold be harder to obtain hard abs, so I decided to get toned, and the muscles on my stomach are showing pretty nicely, but the other thing is, i weight lift for my other muscles to, biceps, triceps etc. but its so hard to get in all those calories to build new muscle, without gaining fat, and i only do 3 cardio excersisesa week, two weight lifting excersises a week. this whole calorie thing is prevent me from getting bigger arms, chest etc. what should i do? any of you know some high calorie foods with protein but not much fat?
