  1. Fedor is amazing to say the least. #1 MMA wise, but i wouldnt say hes the absolute best. Still so many different fighting leagues (ie. k-1, k-1 max, superleague, and so on)
  2. I dont really feel this would have a beneficial effect, it certainly wouldnt hurt. But if your not one of those ghetto thugs wearing your pants around your knees, you should be fine. I know im capable of doing everything i do in my trunks, in my street clothes
  3. Well if its at gunpoint let them take what they want, a few greenbacks isnt worth a life. But i would advise the self defense class, good idea. but as i said before, if they have a gun, your best bet is just to let them take what they want
  4. Id say avoid it at all cost, but i agree with Kaju that if i needed to defend a loved one, or someone who couldnt defend themself. Then i think itd be my duty to protect them as well as myself. But other then that ill make my best attempt to avoid all confrontation
  5. Kicks can be some of the most devestating weapons in your arsenal, if your quick enough, and he leaves his head open, i mean really open. Shoot a roundhouse to his head. Still very risky, very very risky. But im sure if u land it he wont want anything more
  6. lol no. Thier are many other divisons, freestyle (i think, where u can do ur own form), and so on. Not quite sure though
  7. yeah ravens got a point. Train harder, so next time your opponent doesnt beat you!
  8. good point about the immigration thing!!! never thought of that
  9. Yeah i personnaly think he will be the next great contender in the MAX, and to answer your second question, No hes never fought Rammon Dekker.
  10. Trainin has been Great, Im getting quicker, way quicker. Working on my Strength. And sparring alot more
  11. You. You shouldve just let it slide.
  12. legally id bet my money hed catch something. But morally i think he was correct
  13. I have really not noticed any rise in racism, i havent noticed racism in general in the MA community.
  14. Huge bottle of water. I dont really eat during a training session.
  15. agreed
  16. After a few MT matches im sure your prospective of yourself will change greatly..... Wing Chun is a very good art as well, have heard nothing but good about it
  17. TKD is highly competetive (the sporty version), Muay Thai, Kickboxing.
  18. I own....... heavy bag Thai bag Punch mitts Thai Pads Speed Bag 14oz Gloves Bench Press And a few dumbells
  19. Yeah thats about Right, from what ive seen TWINS sells thai pads for about 110$, u can get some softer focus pads from century. Check out this site https://www.muaythaistuff.com they sell thai pads.
  20. In my oppinion stretching machines are a waste of money, if you really want to increase your flexibility that bad, hit the floor. There ridiculous machines for ridiculous prices
  21. now if only that served a purpose. I can understand building technique, but in a self defense situation, your not going to punch the brick wall next to you, unless your trying to psych your opponent out. I think the same can be done using focus pads, and so on. Just my oppinion though. And both of you, very impressive. 2 feet of concrete . Must say no easy feet
  22. lol. in no way was Muay Thai created by the cambodians do a little bit of research and youll find out muay thai has been a system of defense for the thai military and thai people for 100's of years
  23. jab, cross. learn that, practice it over and over and over till u can do it in ur sleep. then add something to it like a hook, or what ever you prefer and work on that until u can do that in your sleep. sooner of later it will all come natural to you. Its kind of odd i know how u feel, i was like that when i first started.
  24. Muay Thai Training can be very rigorous, as well as other styles. But muay thai is known for producing good fighters very quickly do to the training methods. As said before, other styles can posses just as rigorous of a training plan as muay thai, sometimes more so.
  25. Buakaw, He fights in K-1 Max and right now has a record 5-1. He even beat Masato!!! Hes very entertaining to watch
