Well hey thier, welcome to the forums. I agree TKD does get a bad rap, i think its because within the last 20-30 years its become more of a sport, and not so focused on self defense anymore. IMO.
I def agree with you hawk, swimming is very good exercise, you can swim to a shallower end, and work on your kicks and punches, a good bit of water resistance
i know what k-1 is, i was giving examples of other fighting leagues. Thiers so many more fighters in the world. I dont think i could say hes the best in the world, maybe in pride, and mma leagues, but not in the world
