Cheapest Place to get Twins stuff
ItalianMuayThai replied to Sankaku Jime's topic in Equipment and Gear
why, may i ask, does it have to be twins? twins will be expensive no matter where you shop. id look into a different brand. same quality, for a lower price. but this is where i buy some of my stuff from, https://www.muaythaistuff.com -
Do your splits, but when u do them go down as much as you can (BUT DONT HURT YOURSELF!), and hold it for about 30 seconds, and do that then take maybe a lil 10 sec break and go back down, do that maybe 4-5 times. thats what ive done and i dont have full splits but im pretty darn close

A roundhouse would be just as effective as a front kick, but like said before it would require more accuracy, but with anough force both would be devestating

I think its completely acceptible, but as long as u keep the personal stuff outside of the dojo

K-1 IMO, Has some of the best stand up fighters in the world. But UFC has got some of the best grapplers around. Its really hard to compare the two, Like Subgrappler said if its k-1 fighting k-1 rules, the k-1 fighter will win and vice versa with UFC guys. and BTW Bob sapp is a very poor fighter, he wins simply because of his massive size 6'5 or something 370+ Lbs... Its like fighting a dumpster, But Cro-Cop beat him with a strike to the face, lol it looked like sapp was crying when he fell to the mat
