Hi everyone.I dont do karate but i do kung fu.I find the horse stance very helpful in building up legs too make them stronger.We use high horse stance and low horse stance.In kung fu are knees always have to be bent anyway and the horse stance is a perfect example.The horse stance for us is just a way of using the shooting bow stance.The shooting bow stance is using energy to use on your opponent.lolz..im probably chattin mess but thats what i think the horse stance is for.

  3. Yeah i know..its great what im doing.The stretches we do are really great and it teaches us how to go beyond human strength.
  4. Thx u guys. To restore energy or glucose in your body after a hard exercise or training..i find the best thing to do is have a glass of water with 2 sugars...just thought i would let u in on that

  8. hey.I was just wondering what the right foods are to eat.I am pretty skinny..lolz..but im really muscly.I want my muscles to get bigger but i cant because i dont have enough fat to burn to make more muscle.What are the correct foods to eat? thx

I have been going to Chuen shu Kuan/Nanshoalin Wuzuquan for 2 months now.I think its rather good and i have noticed that i have been gettin stronger faster and quicker,But i am confused of the name .I know its kung fu or some form of chinese martial arts but has anyone heard of Chuen shu Kuan/Nanshoalin Wuzuquan?

Hi there.My name is pierre van damme and i just signed up to this cool site.I have just started to go kung fu and i am really enjoying it.My trainer is currently training me and some of my friends for the 2008 olympics in china...lolz..i hope ill meet some of you there..lolz.   14. Hey. I am 15 years old now and i started to stretch ever since i turned 15 in july. I have been stretching very hard ever since and I started to go kung fu 2 months ago and now i am trying my hardest to do the splits.I stretch before i go to school,when i come back from school and before i go to bed.I do proper warm ups and after i have warmed up i can almost to the splits but i cannot do a perfect split.I have been trying so hard and i am getting very fustrated .Please can you help .Thx pierre van damme
