Somhow I can do the the left splits but now I don't want to do anymore, I can do both split if I push myself but in MT, flexibilty losens power,,,,in some degrees but that maybe my left leg hhmmmmm not sure but I've seen alot of flexible MT and ther kicks are like rock.. -
hmmmI don't drink coffee before class that cheating jokin, somehow coffee are bad for u in my view stick with ornage juice.....coffee are for mornings

That's what I do tuck your leg up, to make it harder that will make you stay out the air shorter and more on the ground... -

Jalakaefanhan (crocodile hit with its tail) is a spinning roundhouse kick in Muay Thai, Firstly you need to strecth more often, try this for instnace focused on your target pivot your front foot swung the back leg and contact it with the leg. http://www.muaythai.com/Images/Maemai/Jarakaefadhang_face.jpg The style of the kick has more power into it...as long as you can kick head height you will have no trouble doing it...

Hi, I've started running as a beginner around 3-4 months now, I ran to a shop only a street away and was out of breth now I did improve alot; My 2.4km record arena track time, 10.20 Last month 10.09 Last week Aiming to get around mins 9.45 min in 1-2 months time....

Hey shotokan kid, crunches are safer and most people belive works better then sit-ups, alot of running and ab work will do, they complenment ecah other with a good diet will help, you need to be less than 12% body fat to archived this mate.

A guy came up to me and id he could do 60 pushup, I watched and said to him do it properly he manged to do about 22, I can max out 35 - 52 Proper it depends,
