The history was destroyed, but Thai boxing is from Thailand its like saying that curry done'nt come from india. Foget what the kungfu told you, I've been to Thailand and never seen a chinses guy say that muay thai is from china fact. And if you train in muay thai or live in thailand there you can tell easily the aura around people. I went on holiday to parts of Thailand where no tourists goes, and the boxing styles differs alot I treid the thai favorite food papaya salad, I went fishing with thai people. If you grew up in Thailand theres no doubt about it,

Hello, im 16 weight around 135 pounds, don't worry about how you look my friend im as light as you. Don't worry to much what you eat foget the protein shake whatever as long as you eat properly breakfast, snack lunch, snack, dinner thats it, if you do some running cut it short. Building some body mass only work if you eat correctly with excercise, I found out I was gianing weight because I eat alot I was 128 Pouds. You can't gained 20kilos over a night work everythings takes time, I don't know how plenty water you drink, if you do exccercise eat alot to compensate it. Oh by the way your not 5.8 feet your 5'9' -

I just train abit more than you, well first off in your first 6 weeks, do some running depend on your level 1 mile or 6 miles whatever 2x a week or something then start building up slowly ask your Instrutor about this it doens't hurt if you ask, as goe for the sparring you would be comfortable with it in 6 months time. -
How would I...

Im from a karate background, but guessd what Muay thai is very different from alot of arts, they use alot of kicks, punches, elbows, clinch etc... When I go to a muay thai lesson I always think positive, its hard to explain a thai kick with oinly a few months of experinced. 1. from my own view, be relax and confident. 2. when i kick the thai pads, my body all losens up swung as hard as I could, drive it through the pad, make sure your partner is holding it corecctly or else the kick going to hurt him. 3. when you kick don't try to swung your hands, rigidly it will come as natural, and about switiching leg it will come natural to you, just focused on the techniqe. I've been abit lazy so my kick is absoulote downhill, Every person kick differently, if you have a samll partner don't hit too hard, and by grunting abit you will get that extra 10% of power. You maybe herd a kick from anexperinced thai boxer is like getting hit bya basball bat or a Iron bar, so try to aim for that. -
If you want to become a boxer, fighter etc never run like a marthon runner never lift like a bodybuilder...

Hich rich, a amatuer fight is 3x2 mins round and 1 minute of rest, if you do this: 30 sec of burpee add a pushup squat back jump up 30 sec sahdowbox, you should hit hard to fight from your fatique Repeat - till 2 minutes Remember rest 1 minute, you should make it harder don't add rounds a few of that your begging to collaps. Its more realistic everyone in muay thai start 6-8 weeks of building up stamina...

I've seen plenty spining back-fist in K-1 and some mauy thai they won't allowed it sometimes because its another style techniques likt throwing your poponent on the ground or judo throws, timing is everything you miss., you pay
