You are wrong? Tai Chi yang form is a 'Health and well-being art' Where as Tai Chi Quan is a 'Self defence' system. This is correct, is it not? Seeing as you are of great knowledge, inform me about Tai Chi Quan.

But considering that there are no classes for the styles that I wish to learn, are you telling me that unless I move house then I can never learn my required styles?

Wing chun looks interesting, alot to do with triangular stances(The strongest shape) and techniques, I have never studied it myself though.

I have many books, My favourite is: The Ninja and there secret fighting arts, the authors name I forget but i'll check when I get back, I think its shawn or steve or something who was an apprentice to the worlds longest unbroken chain or real Ninja in Japan. Interesting book.

I like Karate depot too but I can't order from here. Where can I get / What type do I need, For Punching trees I train in the forest so I needs gloves that won't wear out easily and that can offer padding, but not too much. Anyone help?

Christianity is incompatible. MA are based on Buddism and the Shinto faiths, because they are from Asia and that is what they had over there when they were created. (Not all MA are based on these, only the older ones from Japan and China, etc.) (Please do not begin to argue with me if you do not agree, I'm tired.)

What do you think about learning from book? I know its not as good for learning but there is only Karate and Tae kwon do lessons in about 5miles of my home city. Are books OK for learning if you can't get to a real class? Maybe I could get a Ninjitsu book to continue my training.

You say you don't know of any school that teaches that, you need to go to a Tai Chi master and say that, Then he will strike you down.
