  1. Hello, i'm new to the forums. I've done some boxing, kickboxing and a little bit of karate and tkd but never made it past black tip in either so i'm not very good, anyway it's a pleasure to meet you all.
  2. Well obviously go to a doctor like everyone said. But as far as what caused it to do that over a few days, people I know have ripped their calf muscle before and it doesn't look that bad the first day but every day for about four days it gets worse and worse until the whole top of the leg is completely black and swollen with blood, looks pretty painful. Takes a long time to heal and stuffs up your running for about 18 months before it's fully healed. I have no idea about nerve damage though but whatever it is get a doctor before it's too late.
  3. Sorry my bad, I see someones already talked about this stuff, but these guys want to go for a year, that's pretty damn impressive if you could make that long post I found is Secluded Training
  4. Hi, i'm new to the forums. Not really sure if this is the right forum for this subject so sorry if it's not. A friend and me just spent 2 months out in the bush (i'm australian) a few months ago basically trying to live off the land and train every day. We didn't really get as much training as we were hoping done cause we sort of just messed around. Anyway I was hoping to try it again but this time do it a bit longer and was wondering if anyone knows any good ideas on places to go. I don't really want to be out in the bush again and my friend says he won't go anywhere with flys this time. I know this sounds silly but I kind of have that ideal image of training on a snowy forested mountain with a waterfall, but I have no idea where to find this. I was thinking of saving up and doing it in japan for 4 months this time but the visa hassles are huge so i'm not sure. Anyway I know this sounds really stupid but it's something I'd really like to do, I feel kind of disappointed now that I gave up after only 2 months out there on the last one and this time want to go for a full four. Thankyou.
