If nothing works then be a man and give up WT. Do it for your son what kind of Dad are you! Put his needs before yours for once in your life! You didn't even offer the option of giving up your art for your son! What is this world coming to! You also never offered to take TKD with your son! Make the sacrifice dont scar your child for life! -
Why I Quit Tae Kwon Do
krzychicano replied to Zorba's topic in TKD, TSD, Hapkido, and Korean Martial Arts
What I don't understand is why he would complain about other peoples so called weaknesses when he had to gripe to the grandmaster about his so called hand problem and you don't even complete the strike you get another strike to attempt. Show some consideration for others as your grandmaster did for you!!!!! -
Anyone have a friend who carried a gun and almost shot his third leg off like cheddar bob?

I can also do between 80 and a 100 in two minutes. When I was in the army the most I ever knocked out was 113 in 2 minutes. Needless to say after the PT test it was pukeville for me.

Alot of walking will do the trick for ya. I learned that in the army . Also you may want to think about using mole skin instead of band aids or first aid tape. It works great for blisters..again another army lesson well learned.

I have tried both of them and to me liquid is nowhere near as potent as the shake.

Kuk Sool Won Practice Schedule
krzychicano replied to taiji fajin's topic in TKD, TSD, Hapkido, and Korean Martial Arts
Our classes only last 50 minutes and we do 15 minutes of stretching, 20 minutes of techniques or forms (depending on the day), and then the last 15 minutes doing some form of cardio like running nak bubs or practicing kicks where you start on one end and have a partner and you kick down to the other end and back. We have various things that we do, but that is the usual breakdown. We spar about once or twice a week. -

I would agree with seven on this. I had a personal trainer and I experienced the same thing but I was toner. I wouldn't worry about the weight. If you keep doing what you are doing right now the weight wont matter because like you said you see the difference. I have seen overweight people that weigh 250 and I have seen a person that is ripped and bulging out and looks to weigh 250 but only weighs 200. Mike tyson is a good example he was huge and ripped and he was around 200 pounds. -
I also get some knee pains when it is cold. You should still get it checked out. One day I will take my own advice on this subject hahaha.

^ | | | Uneducated to the fullest potential. Such a sad sight to see especially since this is the so called information age and you refuse to educate yourself on the topics you are so called debating here. Truly sad indeed. This will be my last post on this thread because someone came here looking for help or advice to assist one of their friends and all this person did was turn it into a grudge match. If you did not have anything positive to offer to this subject you should have kept your ignorant self out of it.

Yes you do get exposed to alot of hands when playing online but there is nothing like the experience you get from playing live and looking at someone. Most pros that I know play online only to make some quick cash not to build up their game. It is easy for anyone to get online and pop up 3 or 4 tables and just sit back and let the good hands come. Live you dont have that luxury, you need to get in there and grind it out make moves. I play both and when I want to test out some new strategies I always go sit live rather than online.
