How does one fall asleep? Sounds like a stupid question but I can't fall asleep in the timezone I live in. I'm fine in Japan and was fine in Europe but in California I cannot fall asleep until eleven at earliest. ANYTHING would be appreciated.
Recently I used a spray on scent that smelled like cologne and came in a spray container that looks like a hair spray container. Anyone know it could've been? And whats your favorite deodorant? I like Speed Stick Sport Talc and Right Guard Xtreme Sports Cool Peak.
Oh, and also, when I wear my cup, sometimes it hurts really bad after class. One day I when I got home I had to sit on the floor after taking my cup off. Is this permanently damaging and what is being affected?
I think I had gotten my black belt and I was demonstrating roundhouse for the kids class and the teacher was having me do roundhouse over a table and he says, "Watch how Sempai Joey does it," and the WHACK!!!! I slammed into the table with my knee.
I prefer the heavyweight. I started with a light which has no snap or anything, then I moved on to a Busho heavy which wore down and then the best gi I've owned (custom made by my sensei for 4 years of perfect attendence) which is a Toyo heavy. It looks a little bit blueish but they're nice gi. They snap nicely but are pretty expensive.
Not really. Are you talking about the noise from the banging or the squeaking? My speedbag squeaks but I just need to lubricate it. You might want to try a light foam pad but that'll atke away from the bounce.
I was told to use hot water bottles when I stretch to make sure that I don't pull a muscle. Is this safe, good, useful, etc? If so, how much are they and where can I buy them?
Get a batting machine and stand about seven feet in front of it. Cover up the light that turns on when its going to shoot. You can use masking tape. When the ball comes out dodge it.
