  1. For wat the thing ur learning the katas and bunkai's the sparring wllnt hlp u in the street fight, the technique u learned in the katas and their bunkais r also shud be used By only using the sparring technique u can't fight little bit of power little presence of mind to tackle the situation will help u to s cape or to fight in the street fight

    testing

Nice, iam glad but night sparring is very familiar for us All ur classes r conducted in night time only. Night give u a lot of stamina that at moring u'll be fresher but at night u lose all freshness and in night sparring it'll give u alertness in any mode and keep u more fresh for the next day (when u r not bruised last night)
  3. In real life: Keep in ur mind not for u but also everyone in this forum There is no need for us to fight with others As possible as we shud not make the problem as big. We are not learning to defeat or others Else we do then we'll be a rowdy I mean that we shud be quiet even when our opponents attack us We shud be aware in every second that anything may happen even in a second like Tsunami Sight shud be sharp and we r not heroes of cinema Don't attack first but it doesn't means to get bruising from enemies Shud attack and enemy shud be knocked down But Saprring class the scene is different u shud attack to know ur oppponents counter attack technic which is useful in former case u can also learn the blocking frames of the counterattack and also a measure of ur technic
  4. Use this in close contact If in tournaments use ur toe to attack ur opponents If in real life fight use ur heel to attack the target is the back head(Medulla) It may even cause the serious unconsiousness IMPORTANT: IF U HAVE A GOOD STRETCHING THEN ONLY THE KICK WILL BE EFFECTIVE AND CAN BE USED IN CLOSE CONTACT
  5. Unsu a monster of kata but the power of kata is really to be used as massive that like blowing up a thug but my all time favorite is Matsumura Bassai Dhai, Seipai, Nippaipo In seipai a rythmic flow of movements ups and downs in speed Crane stanes abt 18 open hand technic really fine kata
  6. Can anyone help me last Jan(2004) I appeared in my first tournment. i lost in the 2nd round. (Knockout type of tournment). so i lost my chance of winning trophy. After 1 year now iam going to appear in my 2nd tournament. Now i have to win the challenge. Can anyone give my some idea of scoring easily even in last few second (or to reduce the margin of deafeat) Can anyone pls!?
  7. Matsumura Bassai Dhai I heard from sensei words " That it is old form present Bassai Dhai Kata" It is really hard to learn (Shito Ryu) it is taught to grading 2 Dan in balck i saw my seniors doing this kata in nice passion very Difficult kata

Traditional means learning Kata, Khihan, conditioning, meditation, breathing exercise and weapon training Sportive means learning kumite, kata, conditioning in tournament (sports activity) piont of view Instrutor may be any type but most of instructor i met was in a space to preach only sportive mode
  12. I've noticed the exact same thing. I cut out pop/soda (Coke, basically) signficantly and replaced it with water (smart, huh?) and the great thing is I haven't really craved good ol' coca cola at all, now I actually prefer water over Coca Cola because now drinking it almost makes me kind of sick. It's waayy too sweet for me. Didn't used to be, but it is now. Same goes for fast-food. Also, I'd reccomend flipping your lunch with your dinner. Eat a larger, more nutritious lunch and a smaller dinner. I agrre with him TheDevilAside. In India the chemical level in the coke had been more than 1200% of rated safe level. It causes many diseases in further For martial art trainees PLEASE AVOID OR DON"T DRINK COKE OR ANY BOTTLED SODA Rather then that any grows in the land and below the land is good for health (means Greens like spinach etc. and root grown like potato, carrot etc )except poisoness plants
