  1. I have found that my striking knuckles are a bit bigger and a lot differently shaped than my non MA friends, which I guess must be from doing knuckle pushups

  3. I pay $30 for TKD and $35 for Judo per month, 2 lessons of each a week, prices are in NZ dollars. Sounds like it is pretty expensive elsewhere

  6. What do all you WTF stylists think about the new gloves that you have to wear for tournaments? I havent had to use them yet as they are not required in NZ yet. What do they look/feel like? From the pics on the net I have seen they look almost like MMA style gloves
  7. Ive been doing judo for a few months now and have a question about randori. How do you counter/deal with someone keeping a straight arm on you. I always seem to find that my opponent keeps a straight arm and I am unable to get in close for a throw. Any help appreciated
  8. I had my doubts about sanchez but he shut me up with his fight against karo. I wanted Karo to win, too bad he gassed. Should be a good fight between diego and hughes

  10. Seems like a pretty complicated area, I think I will do my cardio first for the time being as that is what I want to concentrate on at the moment. When I get down to a better weight I may swap them around. Thanks for the replys
  11. I have decided to restart my training, and have come up with a weights/exercise plan. My question is should I do my cardio workout (swimming) before doing weights or after? Or should I not do weights and cardio on the same day? Cheers

  13. Why is it necessary to do 20mins or more? Surely any exercise is burning calories so running for 10 mins then another 10 mins later on should burn the same amount of calories? Ive always been confused about this
