Thanks a lot, I just ate a subway club so I think I am ready to go on Wednesday!!!! I love subway, they are so healthy for you and are loaded with carbs and protein!!! I think I need to get a pair of running shoes so my feet don't feel like I just stepped on an iron skillet!! My feet really were starting to hurt because of the run, I run on our blacktop driveway down and back 4 times. It is roughly 1.8 miles but there are some inclines so I think it evens out!!! Immediately I jumped into our swimming pool and busted out some freestyle swimming. After that I got out and started doing my pushups and situps. I like to do one set of pushups then one set of situps then one set of pushups, and so on. I don't do karate in this excercise because I leave that for the dojo. And after all of that, it is really tough to pull of a respectable front kick!!!

My goodness, that is a lot of work, my calfs are burning!! IT FEELS OH SO GOOOD!! I would recommend for everyone on this site to do this excercise!! I was close to throwing up on the last stretch of the 2nd mile though!!

mkay, I know this should be in the grappling section but is BJJ pretty much the same as Judo or are they different??

Xbox is OK, Gamecube needs some M-Rated Games (Resident Evil aint cuttin it). PS2 is the best, IMHO. They are backed up by so many developers which makes them good. Yeah, it's true that Xbox is buying a lot of developers, but second Party developers like Square and First Party developer(s) like Sony computer entertainment are so much better than anything microsoft has. Microsoft doesn't have the experience in console gaming. Sorry, I know this should be under Console Wars, but it came up in this post so I decided to post it here.

If you squeeze your hand, your middle finger seems to stick out more. I was taught to hit with my strongest 2 knuckles, and they are my middle one and my pointer one. That is the truth with almost anyone. I play the piano so I think that all my knuckles are rather strong.

I kind thought you were an older person because your name has the word "Old" in it. My aunt does T'ai Chi and she says she loves it. Her class is for stress relief and such, but some other classes are rather difficult at the same school.

It is hard to keep this thread politically correct but here we go: IMHO I think that homosexual people should be allowed to adopt kids..why not. But i think if the kids are 14 years of age they can choose whether or not they want to due to religious matters..that's my opinion...

I own an Xbox but I still think that PS2 is still the best. It came out the earliest so it has the upper hand. I really liked the Dreamcast as well. I agree with Gumby that it has some sweet Capcom fighting games but you are leaving one game out......Soul Caliber!!! That game was one of the best!! TKD, we aren't talking about computers in this thread....so please don't bring it up.

I dont know if you knew this but he was the voice for Vader in the first three movies.

Is that a brand of sword, because it has the word "saya" in it which means scabbard, so i'm guessing it is a brand of sword...please tell me.
