  1. Ive been on Krav Maga for a couple months now but i still really suck at sparring and thinking this was not the right sport for learning to spar. Most of the time i bite the dust against someone when its time to spar in the class even tough the person is weaker and smaller then me! My question is what the best MA to join to learn how to Spar and why? Thx in advance
  2. I know that boxers are adviced not to have sex 2 weeks before a game because it lowers the adrenaline, but whats the relationship between fighting and adrenaline? Any tips on how to increase your adrenaline?
  3. Just a quick note: I havent fought since then, i still see the guy every now and then but we just ignore each other. I'm definitly not proud of what happend but atleast ive learned a valuable lessen in when to fight and when not and about the fighting itself. To best way to learn to swim is to dive in it.
  4. Today i fought against someone a head bigger then me. When he said i should shut the hell up he walked towards me and i could tell there was going to be a fight between him and me. We started hitting each other (aiming the face) in fury with faces turnt away lol. Now i havent fought a streetfight in a long time, but i could definitly feel the fear of me and him and mostly of being hit in the face. Tomorrow im gonna see him again and am afraid there's gonna be another conflict. The way i fought today was very cheap and i really tought untill today i could fight better. I tried hitting him in the nose or eye but throwing your fists and quickly turning your face away is no way to fight. Im thinking i should come in close grap his head by his ears or something and giving his face a taste of my knee! Someone please help, he will come at me again tomorrow im sure.
  5. What to do when a couple of people make fun of you and making your day completly miserable? I just get this feeling i want to chrush them at that point, but i still manage to keep myself calm most of the time. What would you do?

  10. For almost 6 months now im having this pain in my right wrist when i hit a bag. But not immediatly but after a while it suddenly really hurts and i notice it happens when i hit the bag with my pointing finger knuckel. Now i have been relaxing for a couple months but it still hasnt gone away and i also use gloves. Does anyone have this too or is familiar with this, cause it really sucks for me because i love boxing.
  11. What to do when someone comes charging angry at you at high speed with the intension to beat you and you know its too late to run away? And anyone know whats its like giving a headbutt into someone's nose, will my own head hurt? Will his nose hurt for 100%? Overall is it effective? thx in advance

  13. I think we all could agree that breakfast is the most important meal of the day and if you eat big breakfast you will feel less hungry and more energetic for the rest of the day but why dont we eat our supper for breakfast and breakfast for supper? Any opinions about this idea?

  15. This may seem like stupid question but i still tought i'd do it. So I just would just like to know how you can defend urself with a knife or stab someone withouth killing or injuring him for life and yet still be able to disable or weaken him so you can have enough time to run away?

  17. I wanna join a KM school and hoping i can defend myself well on the streets if it ever comes to a fight and really beat the * out of em for punishment! But i would like to hear other people's opinion about KM. What do think makes KM so effective and whats the downside if there's any? Is it easy/fast to learn? etc.
  18. Well its not easy to tell what i eat but some of them are eggs, cheese, milk, spinace etc... At the fitness i start with the running machine for about 15 minutes and after that i start with all kinds of different strengh machines you know. And it lasts for nearly 2 hours untill i finnish.

Ive only recently started to fitness for being stronger and for fat burning, and now im 25 and i actually never did fitness before witch i really regret i didnt I go 3 times a week to a fitness place, quite smoking, stopped drinking and started to eat a whole lot healtier. But i dont know if its enough since im not seeing much of a change now but i only started a month ago. So can i still get a musculor body?
  20. Lets tell our biggest streetfight we had been in our lifes and what u could have dont better about it, so we discuss about it. Mine: When i was 17 i remember at school there was this bully who made my life hell and one day i got furious and hit em in the class, and he didnt do anything back, which i tought was weird but i quess it was cause the teacher was there too and the rest of the school day he left me alone altough i knew he was planning something. Next schoolday right after the class was over in the hall, he hit me really hard in my back and said: "Dare to hit my again!" So without even looking at him i immediatly made a fist and landed it on his eye as hard as i could, but this only made him more angry and he started to come close at me, so i started too kick him as much as i could to keep him away from me (i used to wear glasses then!) and then finally the teacher came and we talked about it and it was over altough the next day he came witha blue eye
  21. Ive heard from an ex-boxer that when u uppercut someone under the chin the fight will instantly be over. I dont know if this is true or that your hand can break when you hit it there because i doubt it.

  24. I think its the chin and its doesnt matter much under the chin (uppercut, probably better) or on the chin if u ask me. Anyone disagree with me and if so why?
  25. I used to box almost every day to a bag, but since short im having pain in my right hand when i hit the bag hard or often, and i think its called the radius that goes from the thumb. Im really hate that this has become of my hand since i cant box with my right hand anymore. Should i visit a doctor or will it just pass away sometime? And what should i do?
