  1. is Kill Bill Vol.2 on DVD yet? the 1st one was awesome
  2. Will lifting weights such as, bench pressing and dumbells slow your reaction time if your studying a smooth striking art like Taekwondo,Tangsoodo ect.. im just curious

  14. sorry to get offsubject but is aikido more effective in combat/self defense than hapkido?
  15. welcome, you should take Brazilian Jiu Jitsu IMO, great groundfighting art, similar to wrestling.
  16. well, it made me more flexible so i could do a split
  17. JKD or Muay Thai for standing and BJJ on the ground, and then Kali/Escrima for weapons
  18. i think that BJJ focuses more on grappling and groundfighting then regular jj when there are more trapping and locking

  20. i was afraid of the dark when i was 10 and i still am, i just cant help it when im alone and im watching "the suicide club" at night or when im playing silent hill 3
  21. wing chun does look pretty cool after looking at some videos of it but i heard it takes a long time to get good at it. I was also watching another video of a Muay Thai practicer and a Wing Chun practicer going at it behind what looks like a gym and the Wing Chun guy got his * whooped....ok im gonna go watch more videos
  22. actually he teaches wing chun and mauy thai, there are other sifu's that teach the other arts
  23. ^ you have never heard of BJJ(brazilian Jiu Jitsu??) holy mother of god! its like only the best martial art in the world! just playin, its a really effective and great art that focuses on grappling/ground techniques, probably the best grappling/groundfighitng art
