  6. I am, and was raised in a traditional Irish household. My brother had the opportunity to visit Ireland and our family's lands near Tandragee. He said it was beautiful and felt like home.

  10. I always enjoyed the reverse punch because it felt power powerful. Turns out I had been rolling my shoulder forward in lunge punches, but relaxing and keeping shoulders stationary for the reverse punch.

  15. The only differences I've seen between the 14 and 16 is the thicknes, so if you sweat more go for it. But you do get hotter in it.
  16. Those are good ideas. I tend to use weights but just when training, and not very often. That would be to help endurance for punching, etc. and never use them on my legs.
  17. I train 6 days per week now: 1. Upper body 2. Lower body 3. Cardio I go in that rotation...I spend at least 30 minutes in the gym every morning unless its cardio. In that case I spend about an hour.
  18. I'm impressed that you had the courage to grade so soon after an injury requiring crutches. My hat goes off to you. Nevermind the scores, they are somewhat irrelevant when it comes to your normal peak performance.
  19. I think they are the same length, so my vote is yes, but I'm not certain.
  20. A hat. I have actually seen a baseball cap used in a fight as a weapon.
