Well... Kata builds up strength,speed,endurence,stamina and techneque. And don't forget balance too. basicly kata is an excercise. As you already know. but as one Karate Forum member once said. (Kata is a love/hate relationship with any MA practator.) end quote. Anyways, i hope this helps. See ya.

Well... To tell the truth man, boxing is a sport. However, if can be street effective if you train in that direction. however i just am say, hey... if you want to do boxing, go for it. however, boxing is primarily a sport, however, you can get in to boxing as a way of SD. anyways, i hope this helps. thanks see ya.

Jiu-Jitsu. Hands down. WHy? Because first off. It an't easy to find a Jiu-jitsu school anywhere, per se. And seince jiu jitsu. Or at least most of the Jiu-jitsu styles are very broaden and complex. I think depending on the style of Jiu Jitsu your school teaches... I think jiu-Jitsu would be very cool to learn. however, im just going on what i belive and what my research tells me.Thanks. Well. i have know ideai of what kind of training you do in muay thai. however from what my research has taught me. ( you do not have to be big to train in muay thai.) .I have heard of people in muay thai that are small. however they can almost knock out the biggest opponentt. however, it all depends on how good you are. i hope this helps. see ya.
