I take martial arts for combat. It's something to do and practice, I don't like watching TV or using electronics much but I do. I'd rather be an ol' hermit in the moutains sparring with the squirrells.

rotate your ankle so it stretches, ice hot pads or sports creme deep heating rub or something along that lines stay off of it for as long as you can so it can heal well
