  2. Yeah its a great sport i love it, im at a young age and i want to learn it, but one thing..... Number 1 rule ive allways lived by: NEVER EVER underestimate the person you fight agaisnt. Small or Large, Lanky, Fat wateva.   5. I agree with him, im just starting out and havent started lesslons or any thing yet im a big bulid but if you practise you will get better

My kicks arent amazing but they actually get to where there ment to be but kickin g REALY high or balancing PERFECTLY is that important, is it? and any infomation on kickboxing classes what do you do there? do u have to be very supple? _________________ Just Kickboxing!   7. Im for kickboxing one reason i choose kickboxing is because karate is quite a strict style but my style of kickboxing is quite adapated as i like having some of my own input to it.

Ok, im interested in tournemts and me and some friends often spar my friend he does kun-fu thingy hes quick but i learn his moves he uses more often. he likes kick but when kickng you only have one leg left to blance on :???: So over he goes at the moment im abit on the chunky side but not fat if you have any tips on losing weight but not to drastic and some exercises that require no fittness equpiment.
