well thats true I guess I misunderstood you I guess the end part about for "most people" I didn't see that or just something happen but oh well.

An exercise i found that is good if you grab some weights like 10 pounds and put your hands up to your face and throw a punch (jab, cross, hook ..ect) right, left and keep on doing that your a while and if it's to easy change to heavier weights

Well your right they can be dangerous but still they are a good exercise our club teacher teaches once showed up how to do a jump up and touch your toes in the air and then land and repeat it I can understand that to be dangerous and you also need to jump high But for jump up and clap thats pretty easy if you want you can do it with feet going off the ground or staying and same with the jump push up these to aren't that hard but the first one I metioned is

well to make it very short I would use mostly all exercises that help build your arm strenght like weight training a bit and push ups... ect

Why do we strive so hard to do the splits?

I always thought this was kind of werid but maybe someone here well know Some people that I know can do the splits but on some days they can't they might be close by not doing the splits and on some days they can do the splits with problems I was wondering how come that happens is it because you are more warmed a=up and can bend further???? -
well TKD_McGee it is as long as you do the one hand pushup on both sides well AnonymousOne I was wondering do you mean for the one arm push ups that bounce you off the floor. like your doing the push up and then you jump up still in the same body position and leave the ground without your body touching the ground then coming back down ?????

thanks yoda for the information well jack, experencing forearm pain might be because your training a bit to hard or not warmed up enough.

Well I Was wondering what your opionon would be if you had one to be famous and loots of people to know you or just rich no one really knows you are??? Well if I had I choice I wouldn't be famous because everyone would be bugging you for your signiture and all people trying to talk to you you couldn't do anything everyone would bug you So i would pick to be rich because theres no one to reck your life or anything and it could be useful being rich sometimes _________________ David N when you do your best it`s going to show. well I was thinking doing a bench press on a ball (any size I guess) wouldn't really work because you might pop it well Like it might be harder and you could fall easy and even hurt yourselfs with the weight. But it could also be good by helping getting stronger balnace and muscles but some people might not want that

well the club I go to No it does not have any problems with those things you asked but maybe once in a will there might be some making fun of newcomers that do stuff funny or just because the way they look but it doesn't always happen and those people don't get in trouble. But it might happen in the younger and older classes but I wouldn't know cause I don't go to them

well If you got say a small table you could use that and make it softer or say like a couch or like if you can take a part off that then put it on something. um... you could make one thats easy a crappy you could use an ironing table a bed would be too wide. a kitcen counter?? well out of ideas

well practice makes you better so well you got to try that kick intil finally you do it good. But you really don't have to worry about using it in a turniment inless you really got to or you got a chance to get the upper hand on your oppointent so it could be useful and also not. But I would perfer to have a really high kick so when I need it I can use it instead of struggling with the kick -
