i DUNNO HOW I COPE! i train about 4 or five times a week, work 3 nites a wk, from bout 5 til 1am, go out A LOT(too much!), act down the theatre twice a week and got exams at school to study for. ive had to sacrifice my drama for my martial arts now and during exams i limit myself to go 2 or 3 times a wk, i find it helps get away from all the pressure and is a good break.
repitition of stretches helps and believe u me after a month ull notice a HUGE difference! at a push i can aim my kicks at about 6"2/3, having done 3 yrs of solid stretching, catching up on any if ive missed it to keep in shape . good luck xx
my instructors are great and we do organised trips and have an amazing laugh. our master instructor is 4th dan 4 times world champion in karate and we have 4 more, one of them who won the US open. its cool coz we can do whatever we suggest such as grappling, weapons etc
thai boxing, kickboxing, karate, acting at the theatre, singing, dancing, most sports(except running!), films, clubbing, drinking, shopping, LOTS OF THINGS!!! oh and of course speaking to you lot xmwahhx
