Ok some of you may remember that we had started planning for a KarateForums.com Survivor! Well, we are gonna start over and pick new teams, etc. I will run it and will not be on a team. Everyone else is welcome to join. Do you know the TV show Survivor? This is the KarateForums.com version. You will be asked to participate in various challenges as a team or as individuals as the game progresses. You will vote on who to kick off. Rules will come out more and more as we progress. For now, please respond to this message if you want to play. Your team will be counting on you - so only do it if you can. We will have a maximum of 12 people and anyone can participate. Thanks.

Big day. We have reached 500 registered members. This is a big number and I would like to thank all of our current users. My goal was 500 members by Saint Patricks Day. We made it.

I like Rap/Hip-Hop mostly, but I like some other genres and older stuff as well.

Anony, very few people in these forums have done something "great." Nothing to do with anything. I think I am going to close this thread.

We will be undergoing a forum upgrade. We will be changing the forums. Creating new forums - changing existing ones in an effort to improve the site. We plan to close the site on Thursday afternoon/evening/night and then reopen it Friday night (late). We apologize for the downtime. But we know that this will make the forums better - so you will like it! Thank for your patience.

We are now on the new forums! I have some bugs to fix, for one I have to see if I can get all previous smilies to work as images instead of being broken images. If you see any other bugs, please post them in the Questions, Comments, Suggestions, etc forum. Thanks.

We are going to be moving to a new server. I have spent much of today moving all of the data over. No data... no posts... no members will be lost. None what so ever. Any posts made will be at the new server. This new server is more reliable and faster. We will also be having all of the files at http://www.karateforums.com/names instead of http://www.ifroggy.com/karateforums/names. I have decided that I will make the changes to the domain name (effectively closing the site) on Sunday - 2/24 around 11 PM EST. We will be down/closed for at least 12 hours, and for no longer than 4 days. Most likely it will be a day or so. After we are back up, for the next day or two there will be some small problems (broken images... etc, what have you) that I will be fixing. And by Friday of next week, I think we should be all 100% again. We also have some great new things planned for the immediate (next 3-4 months) future. But, nothing about those right now. Thank you for your patience during this downtime we are taking in order to improve your experience at KarateForums.com.

I am SO sick of these blood games. Its like every other X-Box game has vampires in it... I mean what is the deal? This topic was brought off topic, it is PC Games. So lets note that. And also, to some you, respect the opinions of others.

I will be giving out more specific info when I know exactly when I was be changing over to the new host. But it will be great... more uptime... faster... very good.

We have problems with downtime. Well, soon the are going to stop or at least be less (no one avoids downtime). We are switching to a new and better host within the next month. This will better the performance of the KarateForums.com website.

Keep it clean.
