  1. Check out muscle trigger points and how to treat them! They can cause all that you described and much more! Even if there is another reason you have headaches then learning to treat trigger points is vital anyways for anyone in it for the long run! ps. muscle induced pain is usually indirect.. example a headache is produced by stiff/tense muscles or a trigger point in the neck and or trap. Ps. a trigger point is a small area the size of a pinhead to a quarter that is permanently contracted in the muscle, It can be felt with the fingers or with pain activation by touching it,the more sensitive the less pressure you put to release it! Constant pressure works sometimes leave pressure on it for 30 seconds or until you feel a release. Another method is quarter inch strokes on top the trigger, move the skin and all to release old scars. Work the area and leave it to heal itself..the body can heal most things but it has no fix for a cramped muscle and it will stay cramped for life unless released. The method of release can vary depending on how the injury came to be or the reason the body is protecting itself from further stress. Physiotherapist can help determine the best path for recovery if you are unsure how to proceed. There is so much on this subject than what is written here but if any questions shoot away.

  3. Hey all This looked like a good place to ask questions for answers that comes only from experience..may have a thing or two to share if anyone needs it. 33 human years of age did a few sports growing up hockey, soccer, golf, baseball regardless my main goal in all of these was always maximum explosive power,in hockey a hard slap shot, baseball pitching the ball at maximum speed but all with accuracies as much as possible.. 4-5 years ago a good friend convinced me to go try karate, Although only going for 10 times it was a great primer for unleashing unspent energy deep within. The outdoors like Forrest and beach are the main training grounds, Its big and so much possibility being free from walls, rules and organizations.Keeping fit, flexible mentally, physically and spiritually working hard to balance these at all times. Of course the main goal is still maximum power like punching hard and fast while being accurate, Smashing hammer fist, Hard fast kicks for example. Breaking wood,Trees,Branches is regular mostly dead fall but also train with live trees because they bend good for slaps,Elbows,Kicks etc think live mikawara. Started to break soft rocks like sandstone and clay with hammer fist what an awesome feeling! But every coin has two sides, Thats why asking questions here might save trouble in the long run! Thanks vaporman
