  1. I would never sparr with groing kicks. With or without a cup I would never do it in my life.
  2. Yeah I agree it was good, but take it off I miss chating on the forums.
  3. Yeah I need some stretches to stretch the upper, lower, side, and lower side abs(basicially whole region). I looked through that stretching thread and It didn't say anything about abdominals. Also anyone know how to stretch forearms and chest? I coudl prbably find everything else in that thread.

  13. I actually think that it would be bad because you don't really think too straigh when your over confident, and then suprise suprise you lose.

  16. No I'm sure most people could figure that being egotisctical in any situation is a bad thing, the better you think you are the less you think about what you need to do.
  17. Attention Deficiate Disorder it's when kids(sometimes adults) can't focus on what they're doing because they can't focus on one thing long enough before they move on to the next.
  18. No I think he's too sensible to say something like that. The only plausible way that would work is an overwhelming sense of confidence, but that could just as easily get someone in trouble.
  19. Well my friend it's called google. Put in some terms such as detailed karate techniques -videos(that way you won't get a bunch of instructional video stores) see what it turns up.
  20. It's considered martial arts as long as you do not use deadly force. Or in other words if you go beyond the point of neutralizing the assailant it's considered unecessarry force.

  25. Not really that's what I do now. I haven't lost any weight, plus I need a diet to dictact what I eat because honestly I'm just not a good judge on my own.
