    In america the laws are pretty strict i,e, no drinking,smoking or gamblimng until you are 21.Jesus Christ thats tite.Over here it ranges from 16-18.I don't care(i don't smoke either).I often have a drink with my parents and gamble with my m8's(for small amounts).

  12. In karate you are taught the moves in japanese and then translated into english(if translates well enough to understand) This way it is easier to remember the japanese terminology to the techniques which is more important than the english terminology.

  18. leg raises work wonders.Lift legs about 6 inches from ground while on you back and keep them straight for about 30 seconds.increase time each time U practise.Then try with ankle weights.Thats what I do.I'm crap at it.
