yeah right. i used to like tito ortiz, until i heard him talk. hes an egotistical show-off. remimds me of a football player. plus recently hes just gotten lucky. his fight with wanderlei. i say rematch. by decision? psh if it kept going you know wanderlei would probibly kill him. wanderlei is a beast allthough he doesnt show the best sportsmanship. im still a ken shamrock fan.

whats the low down on the lions den gym? i have no clue what its all about. is it like literally a gym with weights and a cage and stuff? does anyone train there?

I recently was looking back onto the good ol' days of the UFC. When i realized this mans style was Judo which is extreemly rare. From what i found out he never won a fight and was 4-0. what a shame. how come a sport couldnt even cut it in the old ufc when it was not really even that much stand up? p.s. does anyone study judo under this guy?

alright, well im 16 and i am in high school. its hard to keep a steady weight scheduale being my class but i havent been consistant all the time ive been in it. sometimes i look really ripped and others i just look not like i have a little muscle. i only weigh 127 but i can bench 135. i dont look ripped at all. i try to do 1 set of my max, go down one or two steps and to one set of that , and then go down pretty low to get in some muscle tone and do a set of that. it doesnt even look like i have shoulders, i have built my lower neck with shoulder shrugs but my shoulders are weak as hell. i cant seem to find anything that will bulk my shoulders. my other problem is one day in weights i did triceps(max) bench(max) lat pull downs and burnouts on the leverage bar. my shoulder pulled. ever since then i cant get any good work outs in because my shoulder starts to go. what can i do about this?

i know nothing on sambo and i need the low down.

my weights teacher at school says i should never work on the same muscle back to back. i.e. monday - bicep curls, tuesday - bicep curls. is this true or should i just pump mass iron with the same muscles i want to pump up? yep thats right timmy you know what i did to the water.............

i always work out with music on. SLAYER!!!!!!!!!!!

just keep doing it, only increase some work outs. i weight train so thats a little different. make that a 12 min run and see how that feels. from there just add little by little only and when your work out gets way too easy. try not to over work out. there is a difference from getting a good work out and over working out. plus if you over work out you will strain some muscle and that will put you back.

in krav maga do they make you learn lots of hebrew terms or do they make you learn lots of stuff about judaism?

wow thank you tjs, that is the most informative response ive ever had. i still cant decide.ive had much expierence in the martial arts and i just cant decide. AHHH -
yeah if i do im gonna go back to my old school. i was on sempai level. but i have forgotten a lot of my katas. pretty much every single one except for kihon kata.

ok i studied shoren ryu for 5 years and i made it to red belt, i was going up to test for my red black and then eventually my black. i wasnt ready and i was stressing and school was stressing me out really bad too so i just quit. i was bummin but i had to. now i just want to go back and get my black. is this possible to go back and still retain the belt level i have?

jinx where are you located? because i reccomand finding a shoren ryu dojo. it tought me so much. it just didnt give me one dimmentional fighting style. it has so much to offer self defence wise.
