  20. mine goes like: monday; boxing 18 2min rounds on bags 5 2 min rounds sparing tuesday; rugby 10 50 metre sprints tackling 1/2 hour game about 2 hours wednosday same as monday thursday same as tuesday saterday rugby match
  21. i started rugby(football with no pads im from ireland) last night and when i got home i realised that my shins where cut and brused from the studs in the boots so my question why all this conditioning because adrenalin seems to take care of the pain.
  22. have you made a preasure point on the arm work against some one with a couple of drinks in them determined to rip your head off. ive seen people try and they always(in my experiense) get flattened
  23. not trying to be cheeky but u seem to train in quite pathetic preasure points.(apart from adams apple) if you want to hurt some1 or knock them out go to the neck why bother with the arm eccept to set them up for the finnish youll just get hit if you try to lock with preasure point in the arm the only time these are really effective is with a baton.
  24. hit hard and hit fast end it quickily because he'll hurt you if you dont try not to get hit one hit and you could be down
