  1. I was wondering, I am pretty fit e.g toned, sixpack, but I am kinda scrawny. Are ther any exercises you can recommend to widen my chest and enlarge my arms? without weights? much appreciated
  2. Yeah sorry but I just developed it. I can almost do the sidesplits between two sofas (like you see on chairs) but I can't get as far on the ground. Is there anything you can reccomend to help me get further on the ground as well? (I increased by 1inch yay)

  4. I have a bunkbed which is about 5"9 and I stretch each leg on it. You know a half sidesplit (standing, one leg straight out) is this a good helping stretch??

  8. My real name is The_Devil_In_disguise... just joshin'!!! My REAL name is Noel and I don' actually practice a martial art because I have only got interested in the last few months. I am pretty flexible (can't quite split yet) and I can hold my leg out straight by my side for 90 seconds. I am hoping to join a choi lin fut kung fu club quite close to me I am 16 years old and interested in learning I live in Dover, England and my main interest is gymnastics and this I feel it would be quite something to be able to combine kicks with flips et al
  9. Hello everybody! I am looking to get the sidesplits over the front splits and i was wondering if anybody knew of any stretches specific to the sidesplits and nothing/not much else plz?? I have been strtching for about 5 months and I still ain't getting it!
