sano Posted October 8, 2003 Posted October 8, 2003 oh a tough one. well i very but every other day i try to do 1000 of the same kicks alternating legs each time i kick in one hour. front kicks so far 500 but round kicks i only got up to 216. jump rope 15 min. straight. stretch for 10 min. trying so hard to get the chinese split. the front split i'm like 1 week close. But this week am doing no trainning after what i've done to my leg. yeah i know what you mean because about three months ago i was practicing the whipping round kick and my foot scraped against the wall but thats not the bad thing. the bad thing is that the wall was painted with that stupid stuco wall paint that stuff is really sharp and my foot was bleeding for an hour. know that i think about it why did they come up with a stupid product like that. is it because they do not want you to touch the walls? please somebody tell me. falcon kick!!!
Tibby Posted October 9, 2003 Posted October 9, 2003 know that i think about it why did they come up with a stupid product like that. is it because they do not want you to touch the walls? please somebody tell me. Some painter decided to get drunk before going to work. Lucky for him, it was the home of a starshumcks drinking Yuppie he was painting. So, as soon as the painter explained it was the current fad, people where getting it left and right. We have it to, it HURTS!
Practise is the Key Posted October 9, 2003 Author Posted October 9, 2003 After what happen to my leg is like yours but after that some metal jab me at my leg ( bleed badly) so when I go to class I have to put my karate trouser very low so they won't see the huge mark and everytime I doing my side splits it hurts going to school is trouble the pains always happen when I go to school. I have trouble coping with the speed of the excercise becase I was left limping down the floor Am the best round house kicker around still. Sorry for my spellings.
