AUSSIE Posted August 16, 2003 Share Posted August 16, 2003 I've got this book too. It's pretty hardcore. The program that the author expects you to do is pretty fully on. It's not like you can just have to do a few stretches every day. I mean he talks about how you need to strengthen the ligaments and all that by doing strengthening exercises of 100-200 repetitions. The reason behind the strengthening is to get your body ready for the stretching that splits has on ya body.
