I have a question for anyone who has tips. I will be traveling alot these next two weeks. Requireing alot of sitting. Now I know that there was an American reporter who died because of a problem deep in his leg, a vein or artery. I was wondering what movements could be done while sitting to keep good flow. If anyone has any, please respond. Thanks :)

Sitting stretches, seated calf raises, ankle flexion, etc. would be good. If you can get up frequently and stretch it would be good too. :)

Sounds like your talking about DVT (deep vain thrombosis) whichs has become a much more noticable problem on air flights and other long journeys now. There is a lot of info about this on the web just search for it. There seems to be socks you can buy that aid better blood flow but im not and MD so don't kill yourself on my info :) check medical web sites etc:
