Kirves Posted June 23, 2003 Posted June 23, 2003 Well strength always helps, no doubt about that. All things being equal, if one guy is stronger, he may use it to his advantage. It's not a given (but then again, nothing ever is). Size itself helps less, but it can help in techniques where your mass is delivering the power. A stomp kick, or when you lie on top of the opponent's lungs and so on, it helps the heavier you are (unless you are so fat it inhibits your movement, ).
GrrrArg Posted June 23, 2003 Author Posted June 23, 2003 (unless you are so fat it inhibits your movement, ). not yet hehe
hobz Posted June 23, 2003 Posted June 23, 2003 Get a nice bulking supplement, unless you wanna remain cut. If you hvae a nice bulking supplement, and you're not overly eating, you should be able to get 40 lbs pretty quick, i gained about 20 lbs in oh.. 3 months ? Rule #1: Play the game to the limit. Damn the consequences.
GrrrArg Posted June 23, 2003 Author Posted June 23, 2003 40 lbs in 3 months!?, was that just muscle of fat as well (no offense), i was quoted 3 yrs earlier...
hobz Posted June 23, 2003 Posted June 23, 2003 You have to also take into fact that I was a scrawny kid before, and my muscles were waiting to grow. And it was 20 lbs in 3 months It had some fat of course, but thats needed to get maximum muscle growth. Need all the nutrients you can. And unfortuanetly some of the best nutrients also come with some of the worst Rule #1: Play the game to the limit. Damn the consequences.
GrrrArg Posted June 24, 2003 Author Posted June 24, 2003 Thanks, what supplements did you use and how much did they cost because things like creatine (which appears to be the best) cost a shed load of money.
