I do not take any martial art classes right now but I will in about a year.

 

My flexability is pretty low right now, and I want to improve it.

 

My question is are there any sites or places that explain a good set of stretches to do that will increase my flexabilty for a beginner?

 

(I mean a place that says what stretches to do and how to do them while progressing)
