Tombstone Posted May 27, 2003 Share Posted May 27, 2003 Mainly curls. If you're doing a good back routine then your biceps should be getting a good burn too. Or if you're more into calisthenics, then pull ups is good also. (just a guess about calisthenics) I'd recommend focussing more on triceps for your upper arms though. Tombstone Posted May 27, 2003 Share Posted May 27, 2003 Keep in mind that its early and I'm posting this before my day really starts Tricep pull down (machine) Almost any chest excersice (exept flies, they get stretched a little but not burned) Dips and weighted dips No clue what its called but you put one knee and one hand on a flat bench, keep your back straight and do some tri extensions (sorta like a reverse curl ) Thats all that popped into my head at the moment.
