anyone know any good bicep work outs that will bulk my arms up?

Mainly curls. If you're doing a good back routine then your biceps should be getting a good burn too. Or if you're more into calisthenics, then pull ups is good also. (just a guess about calisthenics)

 

I'd recommend focussing more on triceps for your upper arms though. I could post a few good isolation excersices if you want.

Keep in mind that its early and I'm posting this before my day really starts :lol:

 

Tricep pull down (machine)

 

Almost any chest excersice (exept flies, they get stretched a little but not burned)

 

Dips and weighted dips

 

No clue what its called but you put one knee and one hand on a flat bench, keep your back straight and do some tri extensions (sorta like a reverse curl :lol: )

 

Thats all that popped into my head at the moment. Theres more and maybe I'll remember them sometime :lol:
