Please.. go buy an illustrated book. Or you can go to a local gym and ask. C'mon man, get off your butt and find some things out on your own.

I could explain these exercise to you but I think I would just confuse you more! Sorry.

 

Like ken said just go to a local gym and ask people or buy a book that will also have pictures.

Moobrack, it's OK. I looked around on the net a while, and besides I got a new set of weights yesterday with a massive exercise charts. I'll vary the exercises each workout to keep stimulating muscle to grow :smile:

Good Job Moobrack....maybe we can "end" this thread here!

 

Jack...Good Luck on the weight training.....just remember to be consistent! I am always telling my son (rather reminding him!) to lift after school...and when it starts to get easy ---add more weight & more reps! :up:
