I do quite a bit of ab exercise, mainly the ones on the links up recently and have a wierd problem. No matter how much lower ab exercise I do, I cannot gain any definition for it. Reasons plz?

Yeah .... kind of. Since I'm only 17, there is a lot of snacks (sugary) but not many healthy snacks. I do Eat about 4 apples a day plus healthy lunches and dinners.

 

Do crisps count towards this (bad food)?

To have good ab definition you need low body fat. If you are looking to reduce excess around the waist then you need to improve your diet and incorporate the cardio into your routine.

I had to lose my mind to come to my senses.
